Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how GriddleMath (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from that provider; we never see your password for those services.

Business data. Information you enter to use the Service — organizations, trucks, menus, recipes, ingredient costs, bookings, and sales records.

Integration data. If you connect a third-party service such as Square, we store the access tokens needed to sync data on your behalf and the sales data imported through that connection.

Usage and security data. We keep audit logs of security-relevant account events (such as sign-ins and account linking) to protect your account. We also use Google Analytics to collect standard usage data — such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address — to understand and improve how the Service is used.

2. How We Use Information

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate and analyze the Service (such as hosting, email delivery, and Google Analytics), with third parties you explicitly connect (such as your point-of-sale provider), within your organization with members you invite, or when required by law.

4. Cookies

We use cookies that are essential to operating the Service, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your active organization and truck. We also use analytics cookies set by Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. We do not use cookies for advertising.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, hashed credentials, and server-side session revocation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can exercise these rights from your account settings or by contacting us.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, additional notice within the Service.
